The process of electronic completion of questionnaires by students, for the spring semester of the academic year 2023-2024, will take place from Monday, April 22 until Friday, May 31, 2024.
Students who have registered in the courses through the e-secretariat of the integrated information system of Digital Leap within the eligible period of submission of the declarations, can complete the electronic questionnaires for the undergraduate, laboratory and postgraduate courses and clinical exercises.
The online completion of questionnaires by students contributes to the improvement of the educational process and is implemented in a way that ensures their anonymity. Access to the electronic system is possible only with the use of student’s personal codes.

INSTRUCTIONS
To complete the online questionnaire, follow the steps below:
Login to https://ps.modip.upatras.gr/.
Login using your UPnet ID and personal password.
Select a course from the list of courses that appears.
Fill in the questionnaire.
Select “Submit” to submit the questionnaire for the specific course.
You continue, at a time of your choice, to fill in the questionnaires for the rest of the courses on the list.
